Commitment

Accessibility

Effective 4 June 2026 · Zestli, Inc.

Travel is for everyone. We design the front door and the app to be usable by the broadest possible audience.

Our target

Zestli aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, which encompasses the EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 AA standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act. We test with automated tooling (axe-core in CI) and with manual keyboard and screen-reader passes.

Conformance status

The Zestli website is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: most of the site meets the standard, with the limited exceptions noted below. We review conformance as we ship changes and update this statement accordingly. Last reviewed: 4 June 2026.

What that means here

Known limitations

Some richly animated or full-bleed editorial spreads can be demanding for certain assistive technologies; where that is the case, the same content and every call to action are also reachable as plain, linear text and links. If you find a barrier we have not listed, please tell us — we treat it as a bug.

Give feedback

If anything is hard to use, email accessibility@zestli.ai (or hello@zestli.ai with “Accessibility” in the subject). Tell us the page and what happened, and we aim to respond within 5 business days and to fix confirmed issues promptly.

Enforcement

If you are in the EU/EEA and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the national accessibility enforcement authority in your country the relevant member-state market-surveillance / accessibility authority — listed here per jurisdiction before bookings open to EU travelers.
